Stanley Black & Decker is a leader in the tools market with over 18 brands worldwide, and is proficient in hand tools, power tools as well as related accessories.

The company will take delivery of a fleet of 1,300 commercial vehicles by 2014, with the majority being the Peugeot Partner and Citroën Berlingo.  The fleet, which will be used by Stanley Black & Decker’s technicians, will be distributed to 14 different countries in Europe, including Sweden, Germany, France, the UK, and Spain.

Paolo Penati, European procurement manager of Stanley Black & Decker, said ‘During the commercial fleet standardisation process, the PSA International Corporate sales team has been able to provide us with a concrete offer for both brands. Moreover we have chosen PSA for its range of products which fits with our requirements and for their strong European dealer network.’

PSA International Corporate Sales team has already started the implementation of the International Agreement with each country, providing test drives and product presentations to the Stanley affiliate.

The next step for PSA Peugeot Citroën is to expand the partnership with Stanley Black & Decker and seek to provide a fleet of passenger vehicles.
