Telefónica and Masternaut to jointly market fleet management services

Under the agreement, Telefónica will be given access to Masternaut’s telematics products and services to demonstrate the benefits to fleet operators – according to Masternaut, its customers can benefit from fuel savings of up to 20% through driver behaviour management as well as ensuring service levels and strategic carbon emissions targets are maintained.

Masternaut will provide fleet management services, applications, platforms and technical support, while Telefónica will contribute with its commercial network, including pre- and post-sales support, and customer care.

The products, distributed under the Telefónica brand, also include fleet optimisation applications, telematics-enabled products for the insurance market and corporate risk management.
