Tranzaura Group, a leading transport technology firm based in Ireland, has acquired fleet software provider Truckfile for an undisclosed sum.

Tranzaura Group is set to manage 400,000 assets daily with the addition of Truckfile’s fleet and workshop management software

The deal expands Tranzaura’s footprint and capabilities in the UK fleet management software industry, while benefiting Truckfile customers through enhanced solutions.

Truckfile, which has more than 20 years of industry experience, has earned a strong reputation for its transport software, serving a roster of global brands.

Under the deal, Tranzaura Group is set to manage 400,000 assets daily with the addition of Truckfile’s fleet and workshop management software.

Truckfile’s team of employees will transition to Tranzaura Group, but the brand, products and services will continue to operate independently, ensuring uninterrupted customer access.
