Traxall drives global fleet management services with new appointment
Traxall International, a major independent provider of outsourced fleet management services, has appointed Leomont Wouda as its international business development director, as well as managing director of Traxall Belgium.
Wouda brings more than 19 years of fleet management, leasing and strategic business growth experience to the role, including senior management roles for a number of international operators including international fleet and supply chain management provider HPI Fleet & Mobility Group Europe and Masterlease (part of General Motors).
He was most recently at global vehicle fleet management organisation ARI, where he was international sales manager and commercial manager, Benelux.
“As the bridge between the 15 countries in which we operate across Europe and South and Central America, I will be leading and driving the international commercial strategy, working with all our local businesses to align services and marketing in support of significant growth plans,” said Wouda.
“Today, our core services remain heavily focused on the delivery of fleet management services in multiple markets but, with the current market evolution from fleet to mobility management centred on vehicle connectivity, it’s an exciting time to be joining. We can act as the lynchpin of such solutions, connecting the different pathways while consolidating and tracking data to give employers a transparent global overview of their costs and operations.”
Current services include strategic mobility consultancy, vehicle sourcing and ordering, multi-supplier solutions, leasing contract and account management, invoice control, driver management, supply chain management and global fleet reporting.
Traxall International CEO Ross Jackson added: “With a deep local knowledge of each market in which we operate combined with a globally co-ordinated strategy, Traxall International provides a unique balance between standardisation and flexibility of fleet strategy, procedures and policy. This ‘local management: global view’ approach continues to ensure service excellence, satisfied local stakeholders, engaged employees and effective delivery and reporting.”
