ALD Automotive and Wheels, Inc sign global framework fleet deal with MSD
The agreement covers 33 countries and nearly 15,000 vehicles for MSD – known as Merck in the United States and Canada – and its affiliates, representing more than half of their current total worldwide fleet.
The agreement demonstrates the ongoing commitment of ALD Automotive and Wheels, Inc to develop Global Fleet Solutions for MSD including:
- Consolidating global account governance;
- Developing a reporting framework to provide a global fleet insight; and
- Examining potential fleet management solutions in new territories and emerging markets.
The agreement is in effect until 30th June 2014.
