AutoBinck expands mobility work with Fleet Support Groep acquisition

Automotive and fleet management firm AutoBinck has bolstered its Smart Mobility division with the acquisition of Fleet Support Groep B.V.

Based in the Netherlands and founded more than 25 years ago, Fleet Support provides independent fleet management along with its YOR24 mobility portal and app.

YOR24 provides mobility managers, HR managers, financial managers and staff with permanent online access to detailed mobility information, enabling employees to plan, register, claim expenses and budget, across all kinds of mobility methods, from public transport to refuelling and parking based on payment according to actual usage.

Commenting on the acquisition, AutoBinck said YOR24 would complement its Radiuz division, which actively works to provide access to all possible forms of mobility and associated services. The company also provides its Moove telematics-based products for fleets and Bynco online retail & remarketing solutions as well as holding shares in car sharing firm SnappCar and solar energy firm Zelfstroom.

A spokesperson added: “The acquisition of Fleet Support is a next step in the transformation of AutoBinck towards an integral mobility service provider.”
