Ebbon Automotive launches Orca Marketplace to transform vehicle campaign management
Ebbon Automotive has launched a new end-to-end inventory management solution that simplifies the management and sale of vehicles at scale.

The new inventory management solution is the first phase in Ebbon’s ‘Orca’ e-procurement platform that will replace Leaselink
Named Orca Marketplace, the new platform delivers a single, central hub where users can manage vehicle sales and stock campaigns with unprecedented flexibility and transparency.
The solution marks the first phase of Orca, Ebbon Automotive’s next-generation e-procurement platform and the upcoming replacement for its Leaselink system. It is purpose-built to handle a diverse range of campaigns, including tactical sales, used vehicles, committed stock, procurement plans and both stock and production vehicles.
Configured as an end-to-end live solution, Orca Marketplace takes the complexity out of high-volume vehicle sales. It enables dealers, manufacturers, leasing companies, leasing brokers and other users to manage multiple vehicle campaigns with ease, precision and greater visibility from a single, central platform.
Orca Marketplace integrates seamlessly into the new Orca platform. But it can also operate as a standalone solution and be delivered directly into users’ back offices using API technology.
Claire Hughes, chief commercial officer at Ebbon Automotive, said the new solution provides full visibility and control at every stage of the vehicle campaign, resulting in reduced inefficiencies, lower operational overheads and improved revenue performance across an entire portfolio.
“It allows multiple stock vehicles, both new and used, to be loaded and updated quickly and efficiently without re-keying, saving time and resources. A quick, intelligent search facility enables specific vehicles to be easily located,” she outlined.
A stock management solution was always part of the roadmap for the new Orca e-procurement platform, but Hughes said the initial interest had been phenomenal.
“Along with major leasing brokers and vehicle funders, we are also in advanced talks with several leading manufacturers about the uses they can put Orca Marketplace to. There is tangible excitement in the industry about this new solution,” Hughes elaborated.
Accordingly, development of the new solution has been accelerated and launched in direct response to requests from a number of leasing brokers. Six of the UK’s largest leasing brokers have already signed letters of intent to use Orca Marketplace now that it is operational.
Meanwhile, pilot schemes are about to get underway with one of the UK’s biggest vehicle funders and a major leasing broker.
“By consolidating vehicle trading into one intuitive platform, Orca Marketplace improves data accuracy and frees up internal teams to focus on higher-value activities, delivering a faster, more efficient, and more profitable way to trade,” Hughes finished.
