The move follows its launch in Spain, France, Germany and the United Kingdom and will target the local market with contract hire services from across the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles range, including the Jeep Compass, Alfa Romeo Stelvio, Giulia, Fiat Tipo and Fiat 500.

It will also introduce its flagship Be Free and Be Free Pro solutions for SMEs and professionals, which already featured in the launch campaign for Leasys operations in Spain and France.

Leasys said the Belgian market is mature in the leasing sector but still has significant growth prospects for contract hire, in particular for SMEs and private customers.

Leasys Belgium will be headed up by Danny Meulenberghs, under coordination by Jean-luc Mas, general manager of FCA Bank Group in Belgium.

Overall, Leasys now operates a fleet of about 200,000 units, covering both cars and commercial vehicles, and credits its success to “efficiency and innovative services thanks to digital technologies”.
