Business fuel card specialist fuelGenie has confirmed its presence at this year’s Great British Fleet Event, giving visitors unique insights into how to cut fuel costs.

The new fuelGenie+ card expands the company’s offering, providing more flexibility, more locations and added benefits

fuelGenie’s business fuel cards can be used by a range of UK businesses with fleets, from SMEs to large companies, delivering easy access to forecourts for employees, along with low-cost prices, easy VAT reclaim and streamlined on-the-go management for employers.

The new fuelGenie+ card expands this offering further, providing more flexibility, more locations and added benefits.

The new card gives fleet users and small businesses access to a network of around 2,200 locations to top up their tank for less, including most Shell forecourts.

Key benefits include more access to 24/7 petrol stations for drivers, higher forecourt canopies for larger vehicles or vans, and the opportunity for customers to collect Shell Go+ rewards.

fuelGenie will be showcasing the new card at Fleet World’s Great British Fleet Event, which takes place on 25 April 2023 at Marshall Arena, Milton Keynes. The company is one of many fleet specialists that will be present in the busy exhibition area.

Tony Burgess, Director, Merchant Network at fuelGenie, said: “With fuelGenie+ drivers get the best of both worlds in one card: a convenient network backed by leading brands, as well as the ability for customers to access some of the UK’s lowest fuel prices through supermarkets. It provides existing and new customers with a dramatic increase in convenience, minimising route deviation and thereby saving time and money.

“We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand, where team members will be on hand to answer any questions and explain how fuelGenie can help fleet businesses reduce costs and maintain a profitable operation.”

Alongside the exhibition section, GBFE 2023 will also feature an extensive Masterclass conference programme and networking opportunities, followed by the evening’s black-tie gala dinner where the winners of the Great British Fleet Awards will be revealed.
