More than 50 mobility service providers in some 25 plus markets across North America currently use the platform from the San Francisco-based start-up to track, monitor and oversee fleet maintenance for tens of thousands of vehicles.

The pilot will use Goodyear’s artificial intelligence technology to provide predictive analytics for tyre maintenance, already available to the firm’s fleet customers.

“Vehicle maintenance and uptime are critical metrics for all mobility services,” said Sean Behr, CEO, Stratim. “Companies that can efficiently take care of their cars, minimise costs and be hyper-efficient will be the companies that win in the long run. Goodyear’s tyre maintenance solutions are game changers for the industry.”

The pilot builds on Goodyear’s work to target the growing market for mobile fleet solutions for passenger vehicles as part of the evolving mobility market.
