Together with colleagues from Hyundai Motor France and Hyundai Capital, President Im met with Mike Masterson, chief executive officer at ALD International, and Philippe Busmut, chief executive of Arval International, and their respective teams to discuss topics including the manufacturer’s improving residual values, leasing rates and private label partnerships for certain markets.

As a result, Arval is to implement a private label partnership with Hyundai in France, and the manufacturer is working with both companies to develop customer care solutions for fleets, aimed at increasing the appeal of its vehicles.

President Im, said: ‘As the Hyundai brand grows throughout Europe, we are determined to make the most of the opportunity we see in the fleet market.  That’s why we’re engaging with strong partners and providing best-in-class fleet solutions.  Our recent discussions with ALD and Arval have been very productive, and we look forward to mutual success in the future.’
