A major European postal and parcel delivery service is expanding its telematics deal with MiX in Europe to cover nearly 5,000 vehicles.

The expanded deal will bring the fleet’s total deployment to nearly 5,000 vehicles

The expansion will see telematics deployed in a further 3,100 light commercial vehicles and comes after the business recorded a substantial fuel saving, improved driver safety and reduction in risk following the original deployment.

Charles Tasker, MiX Telematics chief operating officer, said: “We’re delighted that such a key customer is continuing to rely on MiX Telematics to meet their operational commitment to delivering an outstanding service. We look forward to providing significant value as we extend our solutions to these additional vehicles.”
