Masternaut and Sygic partner to offer European pre-route planning with fleet management

Sygic provides professional navigation software for fleets, and the integration of its technology within Masternaut’s telematics solution enables fleets to digitise and preload maps and routes to make it easier to share with all drivers, and send them over the air to vehicles.

Alex Rothwell, chief technology officer, Masternaut, commented: “At Masternaut our mission is to provide all companies – whether they are SMEs, public companies or household names – quality telematics solutions, enabling them to better manage their activities from monitoring vehicles and their general condition, as well improving driver safety. Our partnership with Sygic enables our customers to benefit from offline route management which doesn’t require an internet or GPS connection, helping them to link together pre-route planning with fleet management and telematics.”

Martin Strigac, director, Sygic Business Solutions, added: “We are very proud to be integrating our professional navigation solution with Masternaut’s telematics solution. This partnership combines Masternaut’s expertise in vehicle management and telematics with Sygic’s navigation software, which will provide fleets with an effective solution for route planning and navigation.”
