Mobileye launches in Malaysia‏

The launch event was held earlier this month near Kuala Lumpur and attended by senior government and police officials, media, and leading automotive companies in Malaysia.

Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Dato Seri Syed Hamid bin Syed Jaafar Albar, the chairman of the Malaysian Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD), welcomed the 150 participants and expressed his wish that introduction of Mobileye will help bring safety to the drivers and pedestrians of Malaysia, and reduce the numbers of road crash casualties.

Datuk Roger Tan, CEO of ProICE, said that by bringing Mobileye to Malaysia, he was fulfllling his vision of bringing safety to his country's people.

Mobileye Director of Sales David Oberman presented a Mobileye update at the event.

The VIPs at the event were treated to a test-drive in 10 vehicles with Mobileye560 installed.

Following the event, 50 ProICE resellers from around the country received Mobileye product training on site from Mobileye product manager Sebastian Tan.
