New CCO and CFO at Alphabet International
Alphabet has appointed a new chief commercial officer and chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Markus Deusing takes over as CCO, succeeding Richard Schooling who will continue with Alphabet International in a new role, yet to be announced and based in the UK.
Deusing will continue the successful work on Alphabet’s core business and will be responsible for the strategic coordination and development of all Alphabet markets.
He brings some 15 years’ experience within the BMW Group in 2005, holding various leading functions, among others at BMW AG and Alphabet Germany. In his last role, he was responsible as head of business development and marketing for international corporate and special sales at the BMW Group.
Deusing commented: “Alphabet is a successful, well-established leasing provider with a lot of potential. I look forward to joining headquarters to strengthen Alphabet’s position internationally as a leading provider of outstanding business mobility.”
Alphabet International has also appointed Juan Ridao Alonso as its new chief financial officer, succeeding Martin Stremplat, who continues to be CFO of Alphabet Germany.
Most recently head of credit management at Alphabet International, Alonso started his career at the BMW Group in 2001 in the Financial Services division and gained vast experience in different fields, such as controlling, accounting, risk management and credit. He has held a variety of executive financial positions in the UK, Mexico and Spain.
