Chevin Fleet Solutions has launched Smart Integrate, a major new integration platform designed to revolutionise how operations connect and manage their data within FleetWave.

Chevin’s new Smart Integrate platform enables FleetWave users to build and manage API connections in a faster, more user-friendly way

The fleet management software has always been able to integrate with almost any software platform or data source globally through a variety of technology methods, such as FTP and API.

Debuted at the UK’s CV Show 2025, the new Smart Integrate platform builds on this, providing a faster, more user-friendly solution and supporting fleet managers now managing an ever-growing ecosystem of systems ranging from fuel and maintenance to telematics, finance, and beyond.

With a brand-new, intuitive visual interface, Smart Integrate enables FleetWave users to build and manage API connections, in a simple and efficient manner, without relying on costly and custom development.

Will Wycks, chief marketing & product officer, explained: “Smart Integrate is set to transform the way we deliver integrations. Our goal is to remove the complexity and return value to our customers quicker, making FleetWave truly integration-agnostic while unlocking real-time, actionable insights from across the entire fleet ecosystem.”

Using the built-in integration canvas, clients can seamlessly connect their preferred providers and consolidate all their fleet data within FleetWave – turning it into a single source of fleet data. With this holistic view, decision-making becomes easier, smarter, and more strategic.

This launch marks a key milestone in Chevin’s ongoing commitment to innovation and customer empowerment.

By reducing the dependency on technical resources and enabling greater control over data flow, Smart Integrate allows organisations to react faster, adapt more easily and get more value from their existing tools and investments.

Will Wycks added: “With Smart Integrate, integration is no longer a challenge – it’s your opportunity to take full control of your fleet data, streamline operations and unlock smarter, faster decisions.”
