Global aftersales tech firm OEConnection (OEC) has finalised its takeover of Epyx, R2C Online and Business Gateway from Corpay for an undisclosed sum.

The deal has secured full regulatory approval, accelerating OEC’s plans to expand its fleet and aftersales network across the UK and Europe.

Both organisations stressed that it is business as usual for customers and partners, with all existing contacts, agreements, and services remaining in place without interruption.

Instead, users can expect to benefit from increased long-term investment in the core technology platforms they rely on.

The Epyx 1link platforms connect fleet operators, leasing companies and service providers via a digital network that supports vehicle service, repair authorisation and fleet workflows across the UK and European markets.

Processing over £2bn in transactions annually, the business directly strengthens OEC’s fleet service, maintenance and repair (SMR) network for its fleet customers and partners.

OEC’s majority investor, Francisco Partners, will continue to support the combined business with investment and sector expertise.
