Opel is launching its own full service leasing offer under the Groupe PSA mobility brand Free2Move Lease.

Opel’s Free2Move full-service leasing offer will initially be targeted at large fleets

The solution launches in Germany, joining the existing offerings from Peugeot, Citroën and DS Automobiles, and will initially be aimed at larger fleets before rolling out at the start of 2019 to all commercial customers and fleet operators.

The product is said to bring attractive conditions and comprehensive services while offering the ability to put together individual kilometre leasing contracts. These can cover maintenance and wear-and-tear repairs, tyre replacement, fuel management, insurance and claims. Initially, the new offer is aimed at operators of larger fleets with supply and framework agreements. At the turn of the year, the new service products are to be made available.

Jürgen Keller, Opel executive director sales, marketing and aftersales, said: “Free2Move Lease is aimed at companies that want to operate their fleets economically, remain flexible and rely on modern, powerful and efficient vehicle models. Free2Move Lease and our current vehicle portfolio, including our newcomer Opel Combo Life, are an excellent combination that features an attractive price-performance ratio.”

Ludger Reffgen, Head of Full Service Leasing Operations, also said the solution bring an important means of growth for dealers. “Our partners can now significantly intensify their fleet business. This means increased vehicle sales, more service revenue, more advantages in the used car market and greater customer loyalty,” he added.
