Škoda is expanding the line-up for its Scala hatchback with a new sporty Monte Carlo trim that pays home to the carmaker’s rally history.

The Škoda Scala Monte Carlo starts deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2019

Already seen in the Fabia range, the Monte Carlo trim will be offered across the Scala engine line-up and starts deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2019 following its debut at next week’s Frankfurt Motor Show.

The Monte Carlo model introduces bespoke 17-inch alloys with optional 18-inch versions, black wing mirror caps and side sills, tinted side windows, panoramic roof and extended rear window complete with a black roof spoiler, black rear diffuser and black model designations as well as full-LED tail lights and Monte Carlo badging.

The interior brings height-adjustable sports seats with integrated headrests and a standalone design for the upholstery, decorative trims and instrument cluster. Perforated leather with red seams is used for the multifunction sports steering wheel and gear selector and handbrake lever.
