Telematics brand Abax grows base with Movolytics acquisition

Telematics specialist Abax has acquired Cambridge-based fleet management and tracking business Movolytics for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition is in line with the Abax core objectives of sustained growth

The deal is the first Abax acquisition in three years and will expand its revenue base by 50%, according to the firm.
