Thibaut Carpentier named director of Parcours

French rental firm Parcours has named Thibaut Carpentier as its director.

The company, a wholly owned subsidiary of TEMsys SA, runs more than 64,000 vehicles managed through a network of 18 agencies in France and said the appointment confirms the shareholders’ desire to expand the company within the local market.

Carpentier will be based at the firm’s head office in Nanterre and bring more than 15 years of experience in the long-term rental sector. He joined Hertz Lease in 2001 and moved onto ALD in 2003 and assuming responsibility for a key accounts business unit before becoming national markets manager in 2007. He then became Director of Major Accounts Agency in 2009. Since 2012, Mr Carpentier has held the position of director of used vehicles.
