Marking the fourth year that the FLEXYs have been held, the 2016 event will be held as part of the Opening Night Celebration for next year’s Institute & Expo in Austin, Texas.

The awards will again honour fleets in the areas of sustainability, safety, and overall fleet management achievement.

Three finalists for each award will be chosen for both public fleets and corporate fleets. In addition, one award will be presented in the area of fleet leadership. Finalists are chosen from a panel of judges that includes fleet management professionals, members of the media, and industry organizations. 

The submission deadline is 10 January 2016. Finalists will be notified in February and are invited to attend the awards ceremony in Austin, Texas on 19 April, where the winner will be announced live on stage.
