Australia-founded Charge Hub is expanding into the UK to accelerate commercial fleet electrification with its end-to-end EV charging solutions.

The company is rolling out bus and truck charging across the UK, backed by an expanded strategic alliance with Kempower.

Building on a successful track record of 100 projects in Australia, the collaboration is already deploying its first UK installations at a number of commercial bus depots in South London.

Charge Hub operates across both public and fleet charging, primarily specialising in systems for commercial fleets spanning both hardware and software. Under their partnership, Kempower supplies its distributed charging systems as part of Charge Hub’s comprehensive turnkey solution, which also involves site design, installation, operation and maintenance of charging assets.

Last year, Charge Hub launched its UK entity having identified the opportunity to support critical fleets using its turnkey service model, established in the Australian and New Zealand markets in alliance with Kempower. To date, the companies have delivered more than 900 active connectors with a further 450 due to be installed. This represents 52MW of installed capacity and 11.8GWh of energy delivered to vehicles with 99.4% uptime. Successful projects include the largest e-bus depots in both Western Australia and South Australia.
