The move see Personal Car Lease continue to operate under that name from its existing location and retain its existing staff.

Personal Car Lease is well represented amongst SMEs in Amsterdam and in the province of Noord-Holland and Business Lease Nederland said its customers are a perfect match for the Business Lease portfolio.

The acquisition will see Personal Car Lease director Christian Boelen resign from the company. Mr Boelen said: “Personal Car Lease has become a professional lease company which is run by a tight team. By taking this step Personal Car Lease gets the opportunity to expand its client base.”
