Bynx enhances lease quotation portal to boost automotive fleet market collaboration

Fleet management software provider Bynx has rolled out major enhancements to its lease quotation portal, designed to streamline collaboration between leasing companies, dealers and brokers.

The enhanced Bynx portal allows dealers and brokers to serve SMEs via access to leasing company agreements

The upgraded platform provides targeted support for the fleet sector as rapid market consolidation sees independent brokers and leasing providers absorbed by industry superpowers. This market restructuring means that small and medium enterprise (SME) fleets are frequently left with fewer tailored options and forced to purchase through retail channels.

The enhanced Bynx portal bridges this operational gap by allowing dealer groups and broker networks to service SME customers directly through access to structured leasing company agreements.

Under this expanded sales reach, leasing companies can work seamlessly with external brokers and dealer networks to target new markets without increasing administrative overhead or headcount.

At the same time, fleet finance providers remain in full control of deal structures and rates, while expanding distribution channels.

Other benefits include automated renewal management. Real-time data and automated reminders allow frontline staff to capture and process contract renewals seamlessly at the point of sale.

The reworked platform also delivers enhanced intermediary access. Brokers and dealers gain access to attractive lease terms previously unavailable in the market, allowing them to deliver superior value to local business clients.

It’s also designed for low-barrier implementation. The portal can be deployed quickly with low resource requirements, either as a standalone system or integrated within the broader Bynx software suite.

By removing technical and workflow friction between leasing providers, dealers, and brokers, Bynx facilitates stronger commercial relationships across both sides of the SME fleet market.

Gary Jeffries, sales and marketing director at Bynx, explained: “In certain countries there are platforms that circulate rates from the main leasing companies to the broker community. The Bynx platform offer is more discreet and empowers the dealer and broker network, while enabling the leasing companies to stay in control with full visibility all the way from quote to order.

“Collaboration across the supply network has always been an important part of the fleet finance and fleet management sector, and this network has a key role in ensuring the right fleet guidance and best fleet offers find their way to the local business fleet marketplace.

“We believe our enhanced quotation portal is just the right support the industry needs to grow in our current challenging market.”
