Enterprise Rent-A-Car rolls out new websites as part of digital enhancements

The sites form part of a phased roll-out of digital enhancements across its European operations that began in August with the launch of a mobile booking app.

The new sites, which are live in the UK, France, Spain, Germany and Ireland, are designed to enrich the customer experience and increase transparency in the booking process.  

The coming months will also see Enterprise enhance the sites in order to increase functionality, accessibility and transparency.

Jim Stoeppler, vice president, European brand marketing at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, said: “Together with our new mobile app, which launched in August, the new website is the next step forward in reaching our ultimate goal of providing customers with the best service experience, whether they’re interacting with us virtually or in-person with someone at a branch.”
