Fleetondemand, part of FOD Mobility Group, has officially launched a new pool fleet management service set to transform the sector.

Debuted at the 2025 Great British Fleet Event, the comprehensive new offering allows businesses to centralise the booking, management and reporting of all their company-owned, leased and rented pool fleet vehicles across multiple locations via an efficient and joined-up solution.

It’s available as a fully integrated module within Fleetondemand’s GT Suite platform, winner of the Innovation in Mobility title at the 2024 Great British Fleet Awards, and offered alongside its existing short-term daily vehicle hire, flexible mid-term hire, EV hire, international hire and taxi management services.

The new module delivers real-time access to vehicle and driver information, allowing fleet managers to optimise vehicle allocation, ensure compliance with their company policies and make informed decisions based on detailed and accurate reporting – streamlining  utilisation of resources.

Pool fleets can be easily scaled up or down at short notice via GT Suite, with instant access to Fleetondemand’s flexible Month Plus (28 day+) and Select Plus (90 day+) mid-term vehicle rental services. This allows businesses to continuously optimise their pool fleet to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness by adapting to changing requirements as and when needed.
