Genesis to showcase EVs and fleet proposition at dedicated events

Genesis Motor UK is kicking off a dedicated programme of events for the fleet and corporate market to spotlight its electrified vehicles and expanded fleet team.

The full Genesis electrified range will be available to test

The first event takes place just outside Banbury from Monday 14 October to Wednesday 16 October, offering a mixture of test drives as well as the chance to get to know the brand and the team.

Spaces are limited to 25 slots per day, with the Genesis fleet team inviting lease companies, key industry partners along with SME and corporate customers to register for a place. The event will be held between 10am and 3pm each day at Primrose Hill Farm, just north of Banbury.

The events will offer an “immersive” Genesis brand experience. The Korean premium marque merged with parent company Hyundai at the start of the year and has since significantly grown its fleet and corporate team. The luxury carmaker says the expanded fleet set-up enables it to take advantage of the burgeoning market segment, the existing contacts within the wider business, and will also help new and existing customers discover the Genesis difference.

Tim White, head of fleet sales at Genesis Motor UK, commented: “We are looking forward to welcoming guests to our inaugural event where the team will be on hand to discuss the Genesis difference with our ‘we come to you’ proposition and our all-encompassing five-year care plan.

“For the business car driver, our business ownership strategy delivers convenience in spades, with each driver having access to a Genesis Personal Assistant who will hand the car over once the sale is complete but then after that they can help with organising servicing, sorting a courtesy car, or even purchasing their next Genesis.

“With the fleet and business sector accounting for a greater share of cars registered this year than ever before, the feedback we’ve received from new-to-brand Genesis drivers has been overwhelmingly positive. These engagements are a great opportunity for Genesis to expand that footprint.”

The Genesis brand launched in Europe in 2021 and has been working to disrupt the market, providing customers with a different perspective on the car buying journey. Its proposition is centred around the ‘we come to you’ service and effortless ownership experiences for its award-winning cars.

The line-up originally included five petrol and diesel models launched in 2021 and has since expanded with three all-electric products.
