Neil Fiorentinos named CEO of BMW Group UK and Ireland
BMW Group has named Neil Fiorentinos as the new chief executive officer for its UK and Ireland operations, effective 1 September 2026.
Fiorentinos succeeds David George, who is leaving the automotive giant to pursue a leadership role outside the company. George has headed the UK and Ireland division since January 2024, maintaining the brand’s top position in the region’s premium car market.
Fiorentinos brings more than three decades of international experience to the new role. He currently serves as CEO of BMW Group Central and Southeastern Europe based in Salzburg, where he oversees commercial operations across 12 countries.
Since joining BMW Group in South Africa in 1994, he has held a number of senior leadership roles across the organisation, including CEO of BMW Netherlands and president and CEO of BMW Group Asia.
BMW said his proven leadership would be instrumental in driving the continued success and development of the group in the UK and Ireland.
The appointment is subject to approval by the Financial Conduct Authority.
