Senior hire at Wex Europe Services
Fuel card provider Wex Europe Services has appointed Jason Stanton to the newly created role of customer services director.
Stanton brings extensive experience of leading multi-site operations throughout the UK, Europe and India, and will manage a team of 80 at Wex Europe Services.
The new role will help enhance the firm’s support to its customers through its fleet management solutions.
Commenting on his role, Stanton said: “The upcoming roll-out of additional services in key markets, such as breakdown cover and streamlined toll payments, will help to add value to the customer experience, ensuring fleet management is as seamless and rewarding as possible. Great customer service starts with great engagement, and I’m confident that with the wider European team, we can ensure that this mindset is at the heart of everything we do.”
