Stellantis to drive fleet and LCV work with key management changes

Stellantis has made a major shake-up to its UK management team with the announcement of four key changes.

It’s appointed Lee Titchner as Pro One LCV director and moved Tony Lewis, currently UK LCV director, to a new role as commercial vehicle business development director.

The changes also see Steve Beattie appointed as Vauxhall sales & operations director and Tom Ray as B2B operations director.

The management changes will further evolve the group’s LCV and electric van work.

As the newly appointed Pro One LCV director, Lee Titchner takes responsibility for leading the Pro One strategy here. Titchner has spent seven years as network development director, having previously held several roles across sales and aftersales. He reports to Maria Grazia Davino, group managing director, Stellantis UK, who takes direct responsibility for network development.

Tony Lewis’s new role as commercial vehicle business development director sees him assume responsibility for global key accounts focussing on delivery vans, reporting to Anne Abboud, head of commercial vehicles for enlarged Europe. This role will have global responsibility of all major key accounts for commercial vehicles. It will create opportunities representing Stellantis as a global player in the sector with the largest commercial vehicle customers in the market.

Commenting on the changes, Maria Grazia Davino said: “Lee’s broad and varied knowledge coupled with his strong relationships with the network will enable him to lead the Pro One strategy at Stellantis, with our ongoing focus to maximise our market share for LCV in UK and maintaining industry leadership in electric vans.”

“This approach, with the newly created Delivery Van Sales role, will strengthen our collective offering and coverage, supporting our strategic aims in the LCV market. I am delighted that one of our team will take the lead on such a strategic position and I would like to thank Tony for his great contribution to the UK team.”

Meanwhile, Steve Beattie’s new role as sales & operations director marks his return to Vauxhall, after leaving in 2017 to pursue opportunities at Volvo and Nio. Beattie will report to Eurig Druce, VP sales at Stellantis UK, and will be responsible for Vauxhall’s sales performance.

Tom Ray will also report to Eurig Druce in his new role as B2B operations director. Ray joined the group in 2004 and brings with him a breadth of sales experience, having worked in a variety of sales roles across Stellantis &You and the national sales company, including general manager and regional operations director Stellantis &You as well as head of regional operations for Peugeot.

Commenting on the two appointments, Maria Grazia Davino added: “I welcome Steve back to the group. Steve’s wide experience across sales and aftersales, integral knowledge of the Vauxhall brand and positive network engagement skills will make him a valuable asset in driving our Vauxhall sales results forwards. Finally, I congratulate Tom on his new role and know that his extensive sales and leadership experience will enable him to drive forward our plans for the fleet market.”
