Moscow-based Loftice, which will now trade as TraXall Russia, provides holistic outsourced fleet management services, ranging from vehicle procurement, budgeting and planning through to reporting, risk and maintenance management.

“This is a landmark deal for both Loftice and TraXall and one that will help fleet operators expand their market reach in Eastern Europe, while driving cost-efficiencies across their local and international fleet operations,” said Nick Shalaev, Loftice business development director.

“We have built extensive expertise providing local services to internationally-based clients, making this complementary partnership an excellent strategic fit that gives us a strong platform to support our business development objectives.”

The deal takes TraXall’s number of global fleet management partners to 23 across Europe and Latin America.

Leomont Wouda, TraXall’s international development management director, outlined: “This demand-driven deal is consistent with our strategy of forging trusted exclusive partnerships that will benefit our existing clients and the wider international fleet market.

“All our partners are leading players in their respective country markets and share our commitment to excellence and quality of service.”
