Wialon launches industry’s first native ChatGPT app for fleet management
Wialon, the flagship fleet digitalisation platform from Gurtam, has launched the Wialon ChatGPT App, now available in the ChatGPT App Market.
The industry-first app allows fleet managers, dispatchers and executives to access data from their Wialon accounts through natural-language conversation directly inside ChatGPT.
Fleet operations generate enormous amounts of data every day, but finding the right answer at the right moment often remains the biggest challenge.
The Wialon ChatGPT App changes that. Instead of navigating menus and building reports, users simply ask a question. The app returns structured answers, summaries, maps and operational insights covering fleet status, trips, mileage, fuel consumption, notifications and quick analytics.
The app gives users fast, conversational access to the operational data they need for everyday decision-making, whether that’s checking fleet status in the morning, investigating a fuel anomaly, or pulling together a quick performance overview for a meeting.
A dispatcher might ask, “Which vehicles are currently at the depot?” A fleet manager could ask, “What should I pay attention to today?” An executive can request a summary of fuel efficiency trends for the quarter. Different roles, different questions, the same conversational interface.
Aliaksandr Kuushynau, head of Wialon, said fleets do not suffer from a shortage of data, but from a delay in finding the right information quickly enough.
“What excites me about this launch is that it changes the starting point. Instead of thinking about reports, menus, or filters, users can start with the question they want answered. For the first time, users don’t need to know where the answer lives. They simply need to know what they want to understand about their business.”
The ChatGPT app is one element of Wialon’s broader AI strategy. As part of this direction, Wialon launched Lona, an AI assistant that handles partner inquiries across the Help Center and My Requests portal, covering technical, financial and operational topics.
