ARI acquires netcar24 GmbH

By / 10 years ago / News / No Comments

The technology company develops and offers enterprise software solutions for the fleet management industry.

‘We are so pleased to have netcar24 join the ARI family of companies,’ said ARI president Carl A Ortell. ‘Netcar24 has a long history of developing groundbreaking products that help fleets operate more efficiently and transparently, which is directly in-line with ARI’s approach to fleet management. I believe their drive to offer state-of-the-art technology that provides real value will be a tremendous addition to ARI.’

The company currently provides full service remarketing and dealer management products, which are designed to ease administrative tasks and provide the tools necessary to reduce total cost of ownership.

‘This is an exciting opportunity for netcar24 and it is an honour for us to become a part of the ARI family,’ said Michael Deuse, the founder and director of global product development for netcar24.

In addition to netcar24’s current product offerings, the firm will support ARI’s ongoing European business integration and expansion.  ARI recently acquired both Fleetlevel+ and HPI Fleet and Mobility, broadening its European fleet management footprint. ARI remains focused on servicing both local and multi-national organizations in Europe with their industry leading technology and customer service solutions.

The latest acquisition follows a series of takeovers in recent years and comes just two months after ARI acquired online driver training firm Drivefleet in the US whilst its acquisition of HPI Fleet & Mobility in Europe closed in November 2013, with the firm saying the growth reflects 'ARI’s commitment to serving the needs of its multi-national customers as well as those with regional requirements across the world and especially in Europe'.
