Mr Graham began his career with ARI in 1973 after attending La Salle University. He worked in the operations and service departments before landing in vehicle remarketing in 1975. He was promoted to manager of the department in 1984, director in 2005, and appointed vice president in 2010.

Mr Graham was instrumental in the development of ARI’s web-based services including ARIAutoDirect, ARIBuyDirect, and in the company’s commitment to the multiplatform marketplace.

In addition, he was an active leader in the industry throughout his career. In 2009, he was named president of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) and held the position of chairman from 2011 through 2015.

In addition, his wife, Cheryl Graham, who has been with ARI for more than 35 years, will also be retiring at the end of the year after holding numerous leadership positions including billing, sales, client relations, government and most recently manager, learning programs in ARI University.

“ARI has been our home for many years,” commented Bob Graham. “We will always cherish the time spent here not only developing ARI and its remarketing and other services as a best-in-class operation, but also the personal connections we’ve made with so many people both at ARI and throughout the industry.”
