DKV Mobility has announced changes to its leadership team.

Vibeke Bak Solok becomes chief financial officer

Vibeke Bak Solok becomes chief financial officer (CFO), succeeding succeed Peter Meier, who did not extend his contract at his own request after six years as CFO.

At the same time, chief operating officer Jesper Erichsen now becomes chief technology and operating officer and has been promoted to the management board, joining Vibeke Bak Solok and chief executive officer Sebastian Klauke.

The change follows a revision to the structure of the management board to include three managing directors on the committee.

Vibeke Bak Solok was most recently CEO of Lunar Bank and chief banking officer of the Lunar Group, a Nordic digital bank based in Denmark. Prior to that, the Danish native held various management positions, including as CFO at the real estate company of the Danish pension fund ATP, head of group finance and COO of Group risk management at Danske Bank, and finally as partner at the auditing and consulting firm PwC.

Jesper Erichsen joined DKV as chief operating officer in January 2020. In his new position, he additionally oversees the company’s digital transformation, including digital product management.

Before joining DKV Mobility, Erichsen held management positions at international companies, including CIO at LeasePlan, TNT/FedEx, DSV and Arla Foods. He also gained extensive consulting experience at Deloitte and Nielsen.
