Flexis, the electric van OEM formed by Renault, Volvo Group and CMA CGM, has presented a new, multi-brand fleet operations management solution and announced two major partnerships at the Solutrans 2025 show.

Flexis presented its fleet operations management solution built for multi-brand, data-driven performance

Flexis is exhibiting its entire 100% electric vehicle line-up at the show, showcasing its prototype panel van and its latest step-in van mock-up. The company says it’s on track to begin production in 2026, with open road tests actively running. The display also includes demos with Flexis’ open platform, Interface, which integrates data analytics, digital services and operational consulting for B2B clients. Flexis has also debuted its parcel tracking feature and keyless lock-unlock functionality, as part of its future digital solutions to improve fleet operational efficiency.

Flexis is also presenting its fully managed service offering. Designed for last-mile operators and logistics providers, this service helps businesses focus on core delivery operations while outsourcing complex and mission-critical tasks such as fleet maintenance, charging and digital management.

Designed as a flexible, multi-brand solution, it adapts to any LCV fleet configuration and powertrain. It combines real-time, data-driven fleet monitoring with dedicated human support from Flexis Fleet Advisors, who visit depots regularly to ensure operational excellence.

Philippe Divry, CEO of Flexis, said: “Openness is in our DNA. We created this service after listening to customers who wanted to extract real value from their existing fleet data. In early pilots, one operator running 25 vehicles saved over €20,000 in just three months by optimising charging and increasing uptime. This is proof that services are the cornerstone of our mission, and this gives us the opportunity to provide a very first taste of Flexis, that is vehicles plus real-life added-value service.”

The company has also revealed two major tech partnerships with Geotab and Ampeco, strengthening its ecosystem for connected, data-driven fleet operations following the partnership with Prologis Mobility announced earlier in 2025.

The deal with telematics giant Geotab will give Flexis clients access to transport solutions for last-mile delivery, along with a service ecosystem designed to optimise fleet usage, profitability and operational efficiency.

Christoph Ludewig, vice president EMEA at Geotab, said: “This collaboration will give customers the high-quality, actionable insights they need to optimise efficiency and profitability.”

As announced yesterday, Flexis has also selected Ampeco to deliver mission-critical depot charging, integrated into the complete Flexis service ecosystem.

Orlin Radev, CEO of Ampeco, said: “Last-mile delivery fleets require scalable, interoperable, charging infrastructure they can depend on every single day. Through proven reliability and flexible integration capabilities, our platform enables Flexis to embed charging directly into their complete vehicle operations.”

Flexis said the Ampeco partnership would help support integrated charging operations that reduce total cost of ownership, improve operational predictability and provide the scalability needed to support rapid fleet expansion across European markets.
