Iveco UK has appointed Mike Cutts as its new managing director, succeeding Vincenzo Nicolo who becomes managing director for Poland, Ukraine and the Baltics.

Mike Cutts, managing director of Iveco UK

Cutts joined Iveco in 2019 as light business line director, bringing 15 years of experience in the automotive sector, with previous roles at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Vauxhall.

His custodianship of the Business Line featured a keen focus on decarbonisation, with the launch of a range of EVs – eDaily, S-eWay and the new eJolly and eSuperJolly – as well as further strengthening Iveco’s natural gas offerings.

Initiatives under Cutts’ term included Iveco’s Driveaway Programme that offers ‘built’ vehicles bodied for their new missions at reduced lead times, and the introduction of the 6×2 variant of the Iveco S-Way CNG.

His new appointment as managing director of Iveco UK is effective from today (2 March 2026).

Cutts said: “My focus will be on strengthening our customer relationships, accelerating our transition towards sustainable transport and building on the strong foundations already in place.

“After an incredible six years as business line director, I look forward to bringing my knowledge and experience, together with our talented team and valued partners to drive sustainable, profitable growth and deliver value for our customers in the years ahead.”

Vincenzo Nicolo moves to his new role of managing director for Poland, Ukraine and the Baltics with more than 20 years’ experience of Iveco, which also includes business director roles at Iveco Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Iveco UK thanked Nicolo for his strong leadership and wished him every success in his new role.
