European digital repair management platform Fixico has officially launched a new AI-driven platform to enable fleets to manage every repair, maintenance and tyre service in one place.

Early deployments show up to 50% reduction in handling time and up to 20% lower repair costs and lead times

The new solution, dubbed Fixico One, is designed to consolidate the traditionally fragmented vehicle repair and maintenance sector.

It’s built for organisations that manage vehicle fleets, such as rental companies, last-mile delivery operators, leasing providers and car sharing platforms.

Early deployment data suggests the platform could disrupt industry standards by cutting administrative handling times by 50%.

The launch marks a strategic shift for the Amsterdam-based firm, moving beyond its established body and glass repair roots to offer an all-in-one ecosystem for mechanical repairs, maintenance and tyre services.

Derk Roodhuyzen, CEO of Fixico, said: “Fleet operators are managing one of their biggest cost drivers with tools that belong in the past. Different repairs, different suppliers, different systems, all running in silos, country by country. Fixico One changes this fundamentally. For the first time, every repair, in every market, can be handled through a single intelligent platform.”

Fixico One has been in development for more than a year and has been tested with selected customers before its official launch. During this period, the platform processed more than 50,000 mechanical repair, maintenance and tyre service cases.

According to the company’s launch data, early deployments have already shown strong operational impact, cutting handling time by up to 50% and reducing repair costs and lead times by up to 20%.

As of today, Fixico One is fully operational for fleet operators in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. The company has confirmed that a rollout to additional markets is scheduled for the near future, delivering a full service platform to customers across Europe.

The new platform will further expand Fixico’s portfolio in the UK. The business works with several customers, such as Kwik Fit and 24/7 who manage vehicle body damage through its platform and network of independent repair shops throughout the country.
