Stellantis pumps major investment into Eurorepar Car Service network with new JV
Stellantis has invested significant resource, personnel and benefits into its global Eurorepar Car Service network (ERCS) with the launch of the new Octago joint venture with MSX International.

The initiative will extend aftermarket coverage for Stellantis customers in the retail and fleet segments
This new model brings together Stellantis’ parts distribution strength and MSX International’s aftersales expertise to boost workshop efficiency, improve business management and offer hands-on operational coaching to independent ERCS garages across Europe.
This integrated performance and expansion model is designed to accelerate growth of Eurorepar network and sales of parts across the independent aftermarket.
The UK serves as the initial launch market for the initiative, with plans to roll out the service across nine additional European countries throughout the year.
Through Octago, ERCS workshops will gain access to AI-powered business tools, advanced performance analytics and a dedicated team of performance managers to optimise daily operations.
Stellantis and MSX said the initiative would enable independent workshops to meet the standards required to join Eurorepar Car Service network and deliver measurable improvements in workshop performance. This will extend “high-quality aftermarket coverage” for Stellantis customers across both retail and fleet segments.
The launch represents a direct response to feedback gathered from across the ERCS membership. Workshops have consistently highlighted the need for more hands-on support, stronger connections to the Distrigo parts supply network, and access to better business tools. Octago has been built to answer all three.
Cyril Billiard, Eurorepar Car Service president, said: “This step marks a significant milestone in Stellantis’ ambition to position Eurorepar Car Service as a leading multi-brand aftermarket network in Europe, with a clear focus on scalability, performance, and long-term value creation for all stakeholders.”
Billiard said the strengthened approach would deliver a “more resilient and competitive aftermarket ecosystem”.
