Wialon and Fleetio integrate for enhanced maintenance workflows
Telematics software giant Wialon has integrated with fleet maintenance and optimisation platform Fleetio in a major new deal.

The deal will support customers in integrating fleet data for better workflows and deeper insights into fleet operations
The collaboration will support mutual customers in integrating fleet data for better workflows and deeper insights into fleet operations.
Wialon, developed by European software developer Gurtam, helps track and connect over four million fleet vehicles in 160+ countries.
US-headquartered Fleetio provides connected tools for fleet maintenance to more than 7,500 public and private fleets of all sizes in 100+ countries.
Through the integration, mutual customers of Fleetio and Wialon will be able to optimise maintenance workflows by seamlessly integrating data on vehicle location, fuel level, mileage and engine hours. Wialon users can additionally customise data integration, setting preferred criteria on specific vehicles, data points and transmission frequency.
Aliaksandr Kuushynau, head of Wialon at Gurtam, said the tie-up would enhance the overall fleet management experience for partners and their clients, from maintenance and compliance to performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
“We believe this kind of integration is key to helping fleets of all sizes become more efficient, data-driven and future-ready.”
Stefano Daneri, product marketing manager at Fleetio, added: “Fleet teams become significantly more efficient at maintaining their vehicles and equipment when their telematics and maintenance data work together. By integrating odometers, faults, location and fuel data from Wialon directly into Fleetio, fleets can take action on vehicle data to prevent costly breakdowns, maximise vehicle usage and quickly resolve driver issues in less time.”
