Wialon, a leading fleet digitalisation solution, has debuted an integrated dashcam solution from Lytx, a global leader in video safety and video telematics.

The integrated solution will enable Wialon customers and partners to proactively detect & mitigate road risks

The integrated solution will enable Wialon customers and their partners to proactively detect and mitigate road safety risks.

Lytx’s AI-powered Surfsight solution, which integrates with existing telematics platforms via an API, is already accessible via Wialon. Fleets now also have the option to install Lytx’s DriveCam dashcam, providing them with an all-in-one video safety solution.

Fleets can use the Lytx technology to identify risky driving behaviours such as smoking, eating or mobile phone use. On detection, the camera will send audio and visual alerts to the driver to help them self-correct in the moment, before an incident occurs.

By keeping drivers and other road users safe, the integration will also help fleets to reduce maintenance costs and insurance claims, lower emissions and prevent unnecessary downtime.

The DriveCam and Surfsight offering will be accessible via Wialon’s platform alongside a range of tools that help fleets to digitise and streamline their operations – including solutions for driver behaviour monitoring, fuel management, route optimization and real-time vehicle tracking.

Klaus Burgstaller, partner development manager at Lytx, explained: “Keeping fleet operations running safely and efficiently is a challenge shared by businesses across many industries and regions

“Through our integration with Wialon, we’re combining our expertise in safety and telematics to provide fleets with a comprehensive solution that empowers drivers and gives fleet managers visibility over the data that matters most.”

Aliaksandr Kuushynau, head of Wialon, said: “Worldwide demand for video telematics is accelerating and the integration with Lytx is a direct response to this.

“On Wialon, the number of vehicles equipped with connected video solutions grew by more than 80% in 2024, with a further 45% surge already recorded in the first half of 2025. For our thousands of partners and integrators, it’s about having a powerful, easy-to-deploy solution that simplifies how they deliver fleet intelligence. For fleet owners, it means a clearer view of driver safety and proactive incident prevention. For everyone, it’s about smarter, more efficient operations on a global scale.”
