Europcar Group appoints Didier Fenix as chief operating officer

Mr Fenix’s remit will be to strengthen Europcar’s operational excellence and develop innovation within the network to optimise the customer’s journey. He will be responsible for Operations, Fleet and Mobility Innovation activities. He will also retain his current role as MD of Europcar Belgium.

Mr Fenix joined Europcar in 1992. holding various management positions, notably fleet director of Europcar Belgium and general manager of Europcar Belgium since 2002. He is a member of the Europcar Group Executive Committee.

Roland Keppler, chief executive officer of Europcar Group, said: ‘Operations are a key component of our transformation programme and I am highly confident that Didier will bring with his deep experience a solid contribution to our current and coming plans to make Europcar a leading mobility player.’
