Europcar Group reorganises Management Board
The move brings redefined roles for Management Board members and they will focus on their new group responsibilities. Philippe Germond is CEO with Caroline Parot as deputy CEO. In addition, Kenneth McCall sits as deputy CEO, countries and operations with Fabrizio Ruggiero as deputy CEO, sales, marketing, customers & InterRent.
Further changes see Jean-Claude Poupard, current operational finance and risk group director, appointed Europcar Group chief financial officer.
Raoul Colantoni is appointed managing director for Italy and Gary Smith is appointed managing director for the UK. Finally, Franck Rohard, is appointed Europcar Group general secretary.
