Carsten Kwirandt, head of marketing and business development at Alphabet International, was presented with the prestigious award at the sixth annual Urban Mobility 3.0 workshop in London on 25th June 2014.

The award is based on the results of an independent Frost & Sullivan study and presented each year to companies exhibiting best practices in their industry.

Alphabet added that in the corporate carsharing category, AlphaCity ranked number one in 2014 because it offers best-in-class flexibility, freedom, convenience and cost-efficiency to corporate customers.

AlphaCity has been designed to bring a consultancy approach, whilst all cars come with state-of-the-art technologies, including keyless access.

Currently AlphaCity is available in eight countries with more to follow whilst electric vehicles will also be offered as part of AlphaCity.

Mr Kwirandt said: ‘Receiving this award from Frost & Sullivan is a great honour for our achievements. At a time when convenience, sustainability and cost-efficiency play increasingly important roles for companies, more and more companies are realising that our AlphaCity Corporate CarSharing solution cleverly fulfils all requirements and marks the start of a new era in Business Mobility in their premium corporations.’

This year’s Urban Mobility 3.0 workshop also saw Kit Wisdom, head of corporate mobility at Alphabet UK, speak on a panel about “Next level business mobility”.
