Motive launches AI Analytics to give UK fleets instant data visibility
Motive has launched a new AI-powered Motive Analytics solution to give UK fleets access to real-time insights in seconds.

The new AI-powered analytics solution gives instant data insights so fleets can make better decisions faster
On display at next week’s Great British Fleet Event, the analytics solution is built directly into the Motive Dashboard that unifies data across safety, fuel, maintenance, telematics and more to help teams in the UK make faster, better decisions.
Motive Analytics automates reports and centralises information, helping fleets to reduce spreadsheets and manual analysis. Teams can quickly see where attention is needed, uncover trends early and take action that can improve safety, boost productivity and lower costs.
The new tool includes AI Answers; a conversational AI solution for physical operations designed to instantly surface answers from the full range of operational data Motive brings together across the organisation.
It’s designed to use like ChatGPT. Fleets simply ask questions in their own words, such as “Which drivers had the most idling time last week?” or “What was our average vehicle downtime last month?”, and get easy-to-understand answers and visualisations.
Fleets often struggle to gain a complete view of their operations because they rely on disconnected legacy tools that cannot keep pace with growing complexity or connect data across the business in real time. Motive Analytics is designed to help solve this with a new integrated analytics experience that gives teams real-time answers, with no coding required.
Nyanya Joof, regional VP of UK markets at Motive, said UK organisations were “drowning in fleet data but starved of clarity”.
She added: “AI-powered Motive Analytics is designed to bring all of an organisation’s key operational data into one easy-to-digest view so teams can move from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making that can improve safety and protect margins.”
Key usage examples include the ability to build and customise real‑time dashboards and reports instantly using AI; gain real-time answers with AI Answers; drill into specific vehicle, driver, route or event issues; and connect performance to cost and safety outcomes.
To find out more about the Motive platform and how it can help UK teams reduce fleet costs, improve safety and optimise performance, visit Motive at next week’s Great British Fleet Event. The show takes place on 16 April 2026 at Milton Keynes, combining an expert-led exhibition, seminar programme and extensive networking opportunities.
