New Polish fleet management consultancy to specialise in best practice approach & advice

By / 10 years ago / News / No Comments

Dubbed Total Fleet Solutions, the new firm has been launched by Mr Gogolinski on the back of his extensive local and international fleet experience.

He started his financial services career with Lloyds and Scottish back in 1980 and spent nearly 20 years with the captive finance arm of Mercedes-Benz in the UK, South Africa and Poland. He moved to Poland nine years ago as managing director of the then DaimlerChrysler Fleet Management and later spent two years as MD of Business Lease Poland. He was also a founder member of the Polish Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association and its first CEO.

Mr Gogolinski is joined at Total Fleet Solutions by Krzysztof Sosnowski who has 17 years’ experience in the Polish full service leasing market, latterly as operations director at Alphabet Fleet Management and ING Car Lease.

Commenting on the reasons behind the launch of Total Fleet Solutions, Mr Gogolinski pointed to his work on several consultancy projects for Polish and international leasing companies over the past year and his intention to bring a new form of service to the Polish fleet market.

‘I have concluded that the Polish market lacks this level of quality fleet management and consultancy,’ he said. ‘This is the largest market in the region and stands on the brink of further growth due to Poland’s general economic stability being further underpinned by fresh EU funds to be spent in the coming years. The clients we have spoken to so far appreciate our authentic “close to customer” approach and objectivity. This differentiates us in the market as clients I have spoken to so far, indicate that they are not currently receiving such best practice consultancy and advice. We are focused on helping clients improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs. There is always room for that.’

He added: ‘This is only the start and we will kick on from here. We will be looking for international strategic alliances and funding in future. We believe the Polish fleet management market needs a fresh impulse to deliver a better product and capitalize on future growth. We are confident we will deliver it!’
