Located near the city’s international airport, the new branch marks Van Monster’s entry into the Irish market and will be the tenth branch for the company – launching exactly ten years since the business was first established in 2004.

The company – part of part of Northgate PLC – said it is confident about the new branch’s potential and within three years expects to be selling around 1,000 units a year from the site.

Gary Sullivan, managing director at Van Monster, commented: ‘Ireland’s economy is back on the road to growth and as a result the need for a quality used van dealer is higher than ever. We wanted to meet this demand, and with it fill a growing gap in the market. Ireland is devoid of such a supply of used vans and the new branch will give local businesses and tradesmen access to a consistent supply and volume of quality vehicles.’

Sullivan continued: ‘The new branch will provide business owners with an extensive variety of vehicles. We currently stock over 1,000 vans in the group between one to five years old and are extremely confident that our new Ireland branch will further strengthen our growth throughout 2014 and thereafter.’
