Renault has launched ‘Converted by Renault’, a new range of factory-built turnkey conversions designed to slash B2B fleet delivery times by 30%.

‘Converted by Renault’ offers a range of advantages

This factory-built initiative streamlines commercial vehicle procurement by offering a seamless, order-to-delivery experience.

The programme leverages over 100 years of expertise to provide tailored, certified solutions for everything from ambulances, construction vehicles, mobile workshops and tippers, to refrigerated vehicles, breakdown recovery vehicles, high-volume vehicles and vehicles adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Conversions are at the heart of Renault’s commercial vehicle strategy, with one in every two LCVs converted.

The new ‘Converted by Renault’ line-up extends this while offering a range of advantages.

These include a fast, simple and seamless experience from order to delivery that cuts delivery times by 30% on average.

Fleets also benefit from a single contact within the Renault network and a single invoice.

Operators also gain reliability, quality and peace of mind thanks to an assembly process using high-quality parts sourced from the French brand’s approved body shops with a single 100% Renault warranty. Also, customers can directly repair the converted part of their vehicle within the Renault network.

Operators also benefit from optimised resale values, as the factory-built conversion is fully integrated into the vehicle’s final appraisal.

Factory-built conversions are available on a range of Renault models

The scheme  is available on the Kangoo with a crew cab and on Trafic with a five- or six-seater crew cab. For Master, this solution covers dropside flatbed bodies, single-and triple-axle tippers, large-capacity vehicles (between 20 and 23m²) and, imminently, on crew cab models. It will also be available on the future Trafic E-Tech electric.

Jan Ptacek, vice-president, Renault Brand LCV Business Unit, said: “‘Converted by Renault’ offers a host of advantages for business customers. They can order a ready-to-use converted vehicle with complete peace of mind and the full support of the Renault network. This solution showcases the know-how, expertise and flexibility of our three French plants, Maubeuge, Sandouville and Batilly, producing Kangoo, Trafic and Master respectively.”

Models “converted by Renault” can be ordered from any of the brand’s 2,700 dealerships across Europe. Among them, the Renault Pro+ showrooms feature a display of vehicles converted by Renault. At the same time, all sales staff have been trained to support our business customers.

For bespoke conversions, Renault is also able to draw on the expertise of its subsidiary Qstomize, as well as on 300 body converters across Europe, all certified and approved by the brand. Approved body converters can sell vehicles that are converted, approved and homologated by the manufacturer, meeting high standards in quality. Certified body converters also contribute to the product in another way, playing an active role in the early stages of the development. This ensures that all Renault LCVs are conversion-ready, as shown by the future Trafic E-Tech electric.

Zakaria Zeghari, VP sales & marketing, LCV Business Unit, said: “A full 70% of Renault Master conversions are managed by ‘converted by Renault’, Qstomize and our body converters partners. This advanced adaptability is part of the market success of Renault Master, Europe’s best-selling heavy van since the start of 2026.”
